Mike Davis - Director
Our founder and Managing Director, Mike is the man behind  Xact. Mike has a background of 40 years in labelling industry before forming Xact in 1996. If he cannot be found at his computer, he will be found with a fishing rod in one hand, bait in the other, looking for that elusive 20lb Snapper.
 

Graham Cutress - Sales Manager                                                                               Graham, our Sales Manager uses his extensive management experience and skills to lead our sales team well into the future.  With a 2 year old daughter keeping him busy he's never short of things to do in his spare time!

 

Jodi Davis - Sales Consultant                                                                                     
Jodi has spent over 10 years with Xact. After working in various departments of the company she has a thorough understanding of how the labelling industry works and how to get you the best label for your product. In her spare time you'll find her either cooking, sewing or out in the garden.       

Alicia Goodison - Sales Consultant
Alicia has a degree in tourism and has had experience in the packaging industry in Valencia, Spain before joining Xact. She now is part of our sales team.  In addition, she loves going to the movies, painting on canvas using oils.

Nataleigh Moe and Sneh Sharma - Customer Services
Our customer services team handle the incoming quotes and orders, customer database management and customer satisfaction.   As a mum Nataleigh enjoys spending time with her two children as well as cooking and playing netball in her spare time.  Sneh has joined the customer services team after 4 years of working in our production team.

 

Hazel Jackson - Administration                                                                                                        
Hazel has had 19 yrs experience in Administration working in the printing industry. Her Interest are reading, traveling, and spending quality time with the family. 

 

Chris Mills - Operations
Chris is responsible for the full day to day manufacturing at Xact. Having been involved in the print industry for 35 years, Chris’s expertise lies in self-adhesive labels. A keen sportsperson, Chris is often found at the rugby or on the golf course.

 

 

Dean Moselen - Production

Dean Moselen runs our busy manufacturing plant at Xact. With his team of willing workers he brings you nothing but the BEST, top quality printing on top quality products, to efficient dispatch and invoicing. Dean has been in print industry for 22 years, in labels for 6 years, and had 2 years working experience in Australia running large multi colour offset processes. He is currently doing a Management Diploma, and likes surfing, Rugby league, and spending time with family.

 

 

Courtney McConnochie - Marketing      

     

Courtney is the fourth year of a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science conjoint degree at the University of Auckland, majoring in Marketing and Sports Science. Courtney likes to spend her spare time at the beach, life guarding or surfing.
