initiative by the team at Xact to allow customers to
get involved in the development of new products and in the improvement
of our service. We will be offering all our current and potential
customers a chance to submit their ideas to be reviewed by our Ideas
team.
Regularly the most successful idea will win something
from our awesome prize pool and that customer will have the added
benefit to be the first to trial that new product or service. So if you
think its about time you told us about that idea you had or if you
simply want to have your shot at 'fame and glory' read on or
contact our
product development team.

most feasible idea will be
rewarded with the most suitable reward.

successful will be given to the individual
and the idea will be stored for future reference with approval from the

Tips For Generating Ideas

Pick
an area that you think is not up to standard. How would you improve it?

Pose
question to this particular problem.
·
Think of ways in
which you could solve this problem.
·
Think of something
you would really like from a label. Tell us
about it? How do you want it to look? What purpose
would it serve?

Think of a word
(anything) and try and associate it with a label new and innovative.
·
Think of an
industry that requires a new label. Tell us what sort they require.

produce innovative products and service solutions that could
benefit our customers.

Create relationship
with the customer that moves onto developing a better product.

Constantly question the way
things are and never ever, ever rest on our laurels, because today's
laurels are tomorrow's compost.
